Is it spring yet? We already know the answer for you warm weather folk, but us cold weather dwellers stand united as we wait! Between periods of gloom the weather shows signs of turning, teasing us with the occasional light breeze through our open windows, daring us to sit still until the chill no longer is enough to make us shiver. And just like that, we’ve downsized our bulky coat to a lightweight jacket, laced up our fresh white kicks, and minimized our daily bag down to the essentials via some much needed spring cleaning. Our chinos are ready to be rolled up and our sunglasses ready to spread their wings and escape the nest that is the pocket of our breezy slub cotton tee. We may be stuck inside for the moment, but spring sits on the horizon, and our first Capsule for the Spring/Summer 20 season (SS20 Capsule 1) stands anticipating the full arrival. We love this Atlantic blue, that captures the calm nature of the season, and reminds us of another one of our favorite colors for spring/summer 20, Classic Blue. Although we are currently waking up to the reality of staying in, you can relish that outdoor spring feeling with this piece.

What we love most about Alex Mill’s take on the Brenton stripes is the difference in the width of the stripes on the sleeves and front pocket. It adds a little more character than your traditional Brenton stripe and boasts a soft slub cotton, for a casual and relaxed feel that can be enhanced by one of your favorite spring jackets.
3. Human Made Logo Print Messenger Bag
This bag just has a grit to it. A roughness and a depth that reminds us to keep working hard. That’s exactly what drew us to this piece, along with the beautiful color. The child of Pharrell Williams and aforementioned Bape label founder NIGO, Billionaire Boys Club has always come up with interesting prints to go along with their galactic astronaut logo. This shirt is no different. The bright red astronaut on the sleeves, as well as the back greatly intrigued us. 5. Nike Tabula Rasa Air Max 90 Sneaker
There’s no wrong time for a pair of air maxes. It’s been a while since my last pair, but I have a feeling my drought is about to end. If I had to choose a new pair today, it would be these Tabula Rasa Air Max 90’s. You can’t have too many white sneakers, and air maxes are as functional as they are good looking. 6. NN07 Dark-Grey Theo Tapered Cotton Blend Trousers
A great pair of chinos will never get old, especially when the Danish brand, NN07, states they are crafting “the originals of tomorrow.” What we really love about these is their “golden” color, providing a lot more depth than the more traditional beige shade. It also is reminiscent of another one of Pantone’s SS20 colors, lark. They are the type of chino you roll up and wear anytime anywhere for years to come.
7. Stutterheim Off-White Stockholm Lightweight Raincoat
The Swedish brand Stutterheim is responsible for your spring weather defenses. This lightweight raincoat is subtle enough to complement your best outfits, and versatile enough to go with jeans and a casual button down, or chinos and a relaxed tee. No matter how you style it, you’ll counter any hook or jab the weather throws your way.
